Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finshed in continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (Average thickness 15 cm)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 5000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Sr. No.3.4 MORD 301.5

RCC Drain Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. As per DSR 2.8.1

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. As per DSR 2.27

P/L cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand derived from natural sources :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR 4.1.8

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources As per DSR 5.1.2

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand. As Per DSR 6.1.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. As per DSR 5.9.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per DSR 5.22,6
