First class brick work in 1:6 cement and C. sand of 2.25 F.M. mortar in superstructure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls of one brick thick, including supply of all materials labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

3.0 Km. Carted earth work in embankement or in filling in every type of soil including transportation charges of earth as given below by any means such as tractor,trolly,buggi or dunkey labour including all taxes, contractor profit and T&P etc.

12mm thick plaster with one part of cement and four part of approved coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1Cm. Including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Pit cover excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire, and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.S.I. 284(a)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work ( when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping and hooks.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved stone grit, approved coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts hold fast tierods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steal bolts nuts wastage etc.and their fixing requireded for proper complition of work.but of fabrication of door & window frame excluding cost of hinges to be issued departmentally free of cost.

Finishing walls with superion quality water proof cement paint/snoweem of approved make and quality on new work with Three coats to give even shade, including preparing surface by the thoughtly cleaning and sand preparing and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.but for each after the first two coats two give and even shade.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron sheets (size shape and pitch of corrugated as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm(+0.05%) total coated th. With zinccoating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grsde , 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 micron sheet should have protective graurd film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12meter or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling meter or as desired by Engineer-in-charge The sheet shal be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (55x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the coat of purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to soze and shape wherever required. S.O.R. MBD.

Providing and fixing or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.I. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks. Bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washes complete 0.63 mm th. Eith zine coating not less than 275 grams/sqm. S.O.R. MBD.

Applying primer coat over new wood work and on plastre surface with two coat paint including preparing the surface by throught cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes time steel / wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including coat of all and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & Fixing of black granite marble stone sign. Board size 0.90 x 0.75 m. I/C carving,letter writing, b/w, plaster, snowcen and painting required with all cost of complete asper sanctioned by S.E. R.E.S. MBD.
