The bidder should have at least 5 years of prior work experience in rendering similar services. The value of the work is 500 Lakh. The bidder must have experience for a number of years as indicated in the bid document of providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following requirements: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (estimated cost is 20000000); 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover during the last three years. The bidder must have successfully handled/completed at least 5 projects of a similar nature in the last 3 financial years, with at least 2 projects having an amount billed of a minimum of 2 cr. per annum. The bidder must have carried out at least 3 projects related to the media agency during the last 3 financial years, with each project having a value of Rs. 50 Lakh or above and a duration of at least 12 months or more. The turnover from media and communications activities in India for the last 3 financial years should be equal to or more than 5 cr. each year. For specific positions, the required experience is: - Content Writer (Hindi) and Content Writer (English): minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and must have worked with at least one Government Department/Board/Authority/PSU for a minimum of 3 years. - Team Leader: at least 15 years of experience in the field of digital campaign planning, online/offline communication, and publication, and at least 5 years of experience in social media and PR. - Social Media Expert: at least 5 years of experience in Social and Digital Media Accounts Management. - Graphics Designer: at least 5 years of working experience in the creative designing field.
