The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed services with a cost of not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 18580000. - Two similar completed services with a cost of not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 23225000. - One similar completed service with a cost of not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 37160000. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 1800 Lakh for 3 years and experience in providing similar services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder must also have completed similar works with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The years of past experience required is indicated with a minimum mark of 10 and a maximum mark of 16 for the "Similar Experience of Work" parameter.
