Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressuredistriutor at the rate of 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Machanical broom including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503 (Rates Including of Bitumen VG-10)

Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m n depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5m lift and 30mlead. The earth form cutting to be used making embankment or to be deposied as spoil banks within 30m distance as directed by the E/I . S.I. No 253

Brick soling with M-150 bricks laid on edge & dry brick edging on both side including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work or slop as per direction of E/I

Providing & fixing Typical informatory sign board asper MORD specification and drawing. Three M.S. plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duty welded with M.S. flat iron 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade black of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enametat on both sides. Lettering and Printing arrows, border etc.will be painted with ready mixed sign thick enamd paints of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.

Part-B (CC Work) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as perTechnical Clause 405(4.8-3) (CC Work)

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification (approved Quarri grit) (CC Work)
