Earth work in excavation in black cotan soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding ½ m. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels &slopers also including 1.50 m. lift and 30 m. lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m. distance as directed by the Engineer in charge. Construction of un-reinfored , dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement ,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grded cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383 , maximum size of coarse aggregate not exeeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approvd mix design, laid in approved mix fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythein film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing ), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuos operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars , near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixers as approved , curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the requirede density grading-III as per technical specification clause 405

Supply & added mixer for c.c. road including supply of all labor & material for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I
