P/L integral cement based water proofing treatment BIRCK KOBA including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 to required slope including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 8.25mm (3") x18 gauge cold rolled M.S. path interlocked through out their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks and mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brick etc. side guides and arrangement for inside and out side locking with push and pull operation complete with including the cost of top cover and spring. Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift. the earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Carted Earth Beyoned 05 Km.) Painting Steel work with deluxe multy surface paint two coat over ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials. Labour tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work paint to be used should confirm (Chapter_15_Item_6)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): ii) With float glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness (Chapter_9_Item_9B)
