Providing and laying Seal Coat type C over P.C. surface with 6.7mm nominal size grit @ 0.90cum/10sqm with bitumen VG-10 @ 6.50 Kg/10sqm including heating of bitumen to the required tempreture and including all material labour & T&P etc. complete & Per. MORD specification No. 510(Rates including of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressuredistriutor at the rate of 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Machanical broom including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503 (Rates Including of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and applying primer coat with Emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreding primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechincal means before Applying prime coat the surface will be cleaned with air compressor and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The prime coat will be applied 24 hrs before the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per MORD Specification No. 502

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm (3") wide and 12cm (4 1/2) deep laid with mud nortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to reqired template & ramming the excavated eart as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Brick soling with M-150 bricks laid on edge & dry brick edging on both side including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work or slop as per direction of E/I

Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m n depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5m lift and 30mlead. The earth form cutting to be used making embankment or to be deposied as spoil banks within 30m distance as directed by the E/I . S.I. No 253

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m & lead upto 30m & including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth & removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Providing & fixing Typical informatory sign board asper MORD specification and drawing. Three M.S. plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duty welded with M.S. flat iron 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade black of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enametat on both sides. Lettering and Printing arrows, border etc.will be painted with ready mixed sign thick enamd paints of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.

Part-B (CC Work) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the disired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 (CC Work)

Providing laying, spreading and compactong stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including speading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification (approved Quarri grit) (CC Work)
