Water Bound Macadam with Crushable Screening Providing laying, spreading and compactong stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, crushable screening to full up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. (page No 4-14)

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Provinding and applying primer coat with Emulssion SS-2 on prepared surface or granular Base including of road surface and spraying primer primer at the rate or 0.70Kg./sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.

Providing applying tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using exulison pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg. per sqm on the prepared guanalar surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

20mm thick Open graded premix carpet using Bituminous Providing, laying and rolling of open premix carpet of 20 mm thickness Composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumin @1.46Kg/Sqm. Grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base,including mixing in a suitable plant. laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type-A or Type-B or Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508

Seal Coat (Type-C) Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 grade bitumen @0.65 KG/Sqm sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specifeed lavels grades and cross fal using type C as per technical specification clause 510

Brick soling with M-150 bricks laid on edge & dry brick edging on both side including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work or slop as per direction of E/I

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m & lead upto 30m & including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth & removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (SI 251)

Providing & laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone ballast 40mm nominal size) & curing complete, including cost of form work. In Foundation & floors. (SI 273) A

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & Coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Struck pointing in 1:3 cement and fine sand including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply & Laying of 350MM dia R.C.C. Hume pipe including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Coping 1:2:4 in cement coarse sand 20mm stone grit including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing & fixing Typical informatory sign board asper MORD specification and drawing. Three M.S. plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duty welded with M.S. flat iron 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade black of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enametat on both sides. Lettering and Printing arrows, border etc.will be painted with ready mixed sign thick enamd paints of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.
