Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Morth Specification 503 including all taxes but excluding GST

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable Hot Mix Plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Morth Specification 511 including all taxes but excluding GST

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coats as per Morth Specification 513 including all taxes but excluding GST

SCHEDULE - “C” 1-   Bitumen V.G.-10 shall be issued from the central store PD, PWD, Mainpuri at Stock issue rate at the time of issuing the material from the store. 2-     There shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason. 3-     The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill. 4-     Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill. 5-     The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2000 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2000 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. 6- If contractor procures Bitumen / Emulsion from IOCL, BPCL or HPCL companies, shall have to produce original CRC at the time of claiming payment against each bill for the bonafide requirement. 7- All material should be from Approved Quarry.
