Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. (per bag of 50 kg cement used in the mix)

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

Providing and laying 110mm dia SWR, PVC ( Finolex or equivalent ) pipe including cost of excavation, C.C etc including its jointing and connection, all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SI No. 29.109C).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Painting or Varnishing with flatting varnish of approved brand and manufacture one or more coats on old work.( SI No. 13.115)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shadeOld work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface)

Wall painting Two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below (CSI No. 15.12.1)

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.(SI No. 9.20.2)

Supply and Installation in complete respect of 1.5 Ton Split AC 5 star (O General, Hitachi, Daikin make ) along with 5 KVA V Guard or equivalent make stabilizers, stands, drain pipes etc including all labour and T&P and all related works as required for proper installation and running of the system complete in all respects as approved by Engineer In Charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required..Group C (DSR E&M 2022 1.10.3)

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.(DSR E&M 2022 1.12)

Supply and fixing of LED Tube Light with batten suitable for up to 1x22 watt LED light fitting including tube on Surface complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating,Single pole, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (DSR E&M 2022 2.10.1)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring with 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.(DSR E&M 2022 1.14.2)

Supplying and fixing 4 way (4 + 12), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Providing and fixing PVC CONNECTION PIPE, 300x15 MM with 2 brass uints ISI mark heavy quality including supply of all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.(
