Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thickness 150mm, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batch using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finshed in continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, joints, joint filler, separation membrane, bitumenous sealant, joint sealant.In proper lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including proper curing.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Excluding Royalty).

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness, composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using Bitumen VG-10, to required line, grade and leval to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in 60-70 TPH HMP plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
