Providing, Laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 4% by weight of the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.35 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . Providing and laying seal coat Type-C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using As per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and loads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m. as per technical specification clause 303.1 including stablization with 2% slaked lime including mixing with rotavator complete.

Construction of Culvert Excavation in foundation in B.C soil including lift up to 15 meter and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Km from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 255)

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1:4:8 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced concrete pipe NP3 in single row for culverts on 'Type A' (Concrete cradle) bedding with M 15 grade cement concrete including fixing coller with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection work, backfilling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets clause 1106 as per Data Book item No. 9.3 (B) 1000 mm. dia.

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe with collars in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 with sun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge N.P-3-Type (a) 600 mm dia

Supply & Laying cement concrete pipe NP-3 350 mm dia (burried Conduits) on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works, backfilling. concrete and masonary work in head wall and parapets as per MORD specification no. 1100 sr no. 9.7 as per Data book item no. 9.70

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with 1part of cement and 4 part of find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus. As per SI. No.-584

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1:2:4 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and/or gravel road and/or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc.restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slopes / berms,making up of berms / shoulders.maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert,maintennance of guard rails and parapet.maintenance of road sign,speed breakers, standing tree adjacent to road wherever required.maintenance of Hectometr and kilometr stone, cutting of branches of trees, shurb and trimming of grass and weeds etc.white whashing of parapet including CD Work,painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone (as per performance Index Anexure-1) mentioned in GO No. 17 /2024 /SA-113 /23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 dt. 16-01-2024 & Enc letter no. 3689/C-OPRMC/MUL-23-24 dated 17-02-2024 subjected to approval from Govt.Maintence of 1st year after completion of work @ Zero % of Cost of Work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 17).

Maintenance cost for 2nd year @ 0.75% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 17).

Maintenance cost for 3rd year @ 1.50% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 17).

Maintenance cost for 4th year @ 2.25% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 17).

Maintenance cost for 5th year @ 3.00% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 17).
