Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, fransporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Retro-refiectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 providing and fixing of retro-refleectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type -iv vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel iron post 75 mm x 75 mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x45cm x60cm,60 cm belowground leave as per approved drawing . The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coeffcient of reflection day time colour and luminance shnnkage fiexibility, liner removal adhesion impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years out door weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from international/ government Laboratory /Institute by the manufacturar of the sheeting and in case the certificate is oblained from international condition, it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad, alternatively, a certificate conforming to as tm specifcation (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirments from a reputed laborratory in india can be accepted provisionnally in such 2 sifuation , the Employer /client ,if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeling the requlrement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeling as per IRC 67:2012: Legends, letters, numerals and bord etc should be as per morth specification No-801.3.7 proof of the same in from of govermment report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.
