Cement concrete with 2.0 cm gauge approved dala stone grit, approved chopan coarse sand cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of materials labour and tools plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work. 12mm thick plaster with cement and approved sand of 1.25FM mortar 1:3 on brick work (minimum thickness not less then10mm) including raking the joints washing and cleaning and supply of all material labour and tools and plants etc. required for the proper completion of the work As per SI No 582 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Scraping old white or color wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Within a distance of 60 meter. S.I.No. 708. complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.AS per DSR-13.26 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give as even shade, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more cate applied @ 1.67 ltr..10sqm over and includind base coat of water proofing cement applied @ 2.20 Kg/10sqm) etc. As per SOR No. 13.46 and 13.46.1. complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufactures etc. As per DSR. 13.69 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Supply and fixing mosquito proof jali having 5 mesh in cach cm. made of 24 B.W.G. wire of heavy quality and including cost of 25x5mm flat iron around the jali etc. complete. S.I.No N.S. 2 Chapter 10 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Supply and fiting of Glass pannel. As per Morket Rate. complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing and laying vitified floor in diffrence size (thiness to be specified by the manufactrual) thiw watar absorptions less then 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colors and shade, laid on 20mm thick cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement 4 coars sand) including grouting joints with wihite cement and matching pigment etc. As per DSR No. 11.41. complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Providing and laying "Brick Coba" 12 mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other, over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with aerelic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30 cm. x 30 cm. and side wall parapet shall be mono tythic plaster wall upto 30cm. higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonary coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water pooring compound @ 2.00% by weight & including S/o all material, labour T&P etc. complete for proper completion of work. Earth work in filling by cartage earth from 5 km or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the form of regular pits not exceeding ½ meter (20") in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50m (5") lift and 30m (100') lead. As S.I.No 253. complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing and laying of electrical work with decorative laminates including fancy fitting, wire, pipe, elctrical equipent etc all labour charges, including all taxes as per direction/satisfaction of Engneer-In-Charge (As per Market rate) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge.
