Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat by manual means of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), ............................ of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet but excluding Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc. (Chapter -20 New item - 9(1)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved 8:4:1 stone Ballast, Coarse sand and cement. including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 281)

12mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 584)

4 cm (1½") thick instead of 2.5 (1") thick and without base concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (1") graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8 cm (3") thick base concrete consisting of cement, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. (1½") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the penals if any and giving them a uniform finish, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
