Providing and fixing of standerd metal delinators as per IRC 79-2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white clor, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metalic retroreflective sheeting on each side confirming with IRC 67 2012 and meeting the coeficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type 11 table specification.The delinator shall be painted with powder coat of minium 40 microns thickness on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides.The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, which not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground while being installed. The front and back faces of the delinator should be curved with a redius of not more than 200 mm and with a delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20 degree and 30 degree to increase the visibility of the delinator for vehicles moving in continuos curve.The delinators is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. or as desired by site engineer.

12-15 m Span Over Head Structure with 300 mm dia MS two vertical post: Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Overhead Structure of 12-15 M span comprising of two vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 12 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 (cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge S.B) RCC with 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete.Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportations, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rumble Strips: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Bituminus Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Cat Eyes: Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement markers with its body surface made of tough polycarbonate and its reflective lens (capable of providing total internal reflection) Cat Eye.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150X75X5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m height, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel part and fitment to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to confirm to IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150X75X5 mm,330 mm long complete as per MORTH Specificationclause 810 and also including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1-Cement, 2-Coarse Sand, 4- 20mm nominal size stone grit) including all material, labour, T&P etc. R.C.C. foundation of 0.35X0.35 m and 1.10 m deep.
