Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing . (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying ISI Marked rubber moulded 80mm thick Interlocking Tiles of precast compressed cement concrete having minimum compressive strength of 30 Mpa including Preparation sub grade laying sub base / base course as requard, laying 25mm thick cushion of specified material as per Technical Specification. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & Manual placing. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil etc. including lift upto 1.50 metre and lead upto 30 mtr. including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the retaining wall and the sides of foundation. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing laying and fixing of 900 mm dia NP-3 Class Spigot Hume Pipe (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBm road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc.restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms,making up of berms / shoulders.maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintennance of guard rails and parapet.maintenance of road sign,speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required.maintenance of Hectometer and kilometer stone, cutting of branches of tree, shurb and trimming of grass and weeds etc.white whashing of parapet including CD Work,painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone (as per performance Index Anexure-1) mentioned in GO No. 17/2024/सा0-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023, लोक निर्माण अनुभाग-1 दिनांक 16.01.2024 एवं कार्यालय प्रमुख अभियन्ता, उ0प्र0 लोक निर्माण विभाग लखनऊ (यातायात वर्ग) के पत्रांक 3689सी/ओपीआरएमसी/मूल-23-24, दिनांक 17.02.2024 subjected to approval from Govt.
