Mild steel or iron work of small sizes and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fasts, tierods, gratings, etc. (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required from excluding supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc and including their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (SI. No. 305)

12 mm. thick plaster in 1:4 cement & sand mortar including supply & cost of all materials, labour ,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the wrok as Per SI. No.584

Supply and fixing 6mm (1/4") China white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with ratio 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all material, labour and tool and plants etc. required for proper cpmpletion of the work.

2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3mm (1/8") floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm (3") thick base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. (1½") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints ofthe panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supply and fixing of 32mm (1½") thick commercial quality Sitapur ply or other approved plywood flush shutters including stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks handles springs and/or other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan on all Iron fittings if necessary and including fixing the glass panes with putty and brad glass to be 4mm thick fitting with necessary screw to be supplied depertmentally. PVC socket, 15 mm. dia. overflow pipe with specials and masquito proof couplings of approved minicipal design, 15 mm. dia. brass stop cock (400 gms.) plastic connection (1.5" x 1") with brass unions including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and painting of cistern and fittings with approved paint, cutting and making good the walls and floors where required with cement sand and grit. The seat and trap shall have to be fixed over minimum 3" thick C.C. in proportion of 12:6:1 including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. complete. As per S.I. No. 301(New Item)

Providing and fixing 550mmx400 mm. wash hand basin of white glazed earthen ware 1st quality ISI marked (Hindustan, Neyer, Cera make) with RS or CI brackets painted white, 15 mm. dia. CP brass pillar cock with CP metal handle (weigth not less than 400 gms.) ISI marked and 32 mm. dia. CP brass chain with rubber plug, 32 mm. dia. CP brass waste standard pattern with check nut 32 mm. dia. CP brass P or S trap and unions complete with PVC connection 0.50 size including supply of all required materials, labour, T&P etc. required materials labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and including cutting and making good the walls and floor with cement, coarse sand and grit, fittings used should be of superior quality. Providing and fixing flat back 465 mm. x 355 mm. x 265 mm. size lipped fron urinal basin of white glazed earthen ware 1st quality (Hindustan, Neyeer make) ISI marked with 5 litres CI automatic flushing cistern (Hindustan, Sanitax, Ashoka make) ISI marked with necessary fittings, RS or CI bracket standard size, 32 mm. dia. GI flush pipe "B" class with brass unions of fittings and GI waste pipe 25 mm. dia x 0.66 mm. complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including painting of cistern and fittings with approved paint, cutting and making good the wall and floors where required with cement sand and grit. Providing and fixing 15 mm. dia. B-Class (Jindal, J.T.C. make) ISI marked G.I. pipe complete with G.I. specials such as bends, tee, socket cross, clamps, earth work including filling the trenches etc. required for proper completion of the work. The rate also includes concealed G.I. fitting, where required, cutting and making, good the walls etc. and materials, labour, T&P etc. complete. (Internal work). As per S.I. No. 201

Painting or Vernishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (up to one Sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950.
