Water Bound Macadam Grading-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as perTechnical Specification clause -405(3)A

Brick edging on both side of the road of first Brick class M 150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortor including labour & supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the E/I. of the work includkng material, all labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause - 502(I)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. on the prepared bitumin surface cleaned with hydralic broom, As per MORD specification 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm compacted thickness with 13.2 mm crushed stone grit @ 0.18cum/10sqm and 11.2 mm size crushed stone grit @ 0.09cum/10sqm from approved quarry and bitumen @ 1.46Kg/sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, mixing in a suitable plant or by mixall, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades, including cost of material, labour, plant, machinery and T&P, all taxes.including complete as per MORD Specification No.508(II)

Providing and laying seal coat type-C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 6.5 mm crushed stone grit @ 0.09cum/10sqm from approved quarry and bitumen/emulsion @0.65kg/sqm including cost of material, labour, plant, machinery, mixall and T&P, all taxes including labour etc. complete as per MORD Specification No.510(ia)

Construction of un-Reforced, dowel jointed at expension and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per desingn, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501-2.2 M30 Grade, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 macadam size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concretee mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polthene film, wedges, steel plates including leveliing the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with showels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provisiion of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying, deboinding strips, primer sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days curing compound where specifed and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification on clause 1501

Construction Of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulers with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table No. 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

Supply and fixing of sign board, k.m., HM., Stone and viilage name plate.

Earth in excavation in trenches for foudation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 50 m. and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distace of 50m.

RCC work with 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 course sand:3 graded stone grit 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete with binding wire but excluding cost of M.S. work including supply all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. grade M 25 Super structure Reinforced cement concrete in Super structure complete as per Drawing and Technical specification. (Super structure)

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M 30 grade excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800 and 1206.3

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications No. 2706 & 2200

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 (Boulder pitching)

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8

Rate to be quoted without G.S.T. & G.S.T. Shall be Paid extra as per Prevailing rules.
