Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material of spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401.including of all taxes. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacitng with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per SI No. 406 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Tack Coat Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen V.G.-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor@ 1750sqmphr cap. at the rate of 0.20Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared granular and bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom @1250sqmphr and air compressure @ 250cfm capacity including all taxes, cost of all material , labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.including of all taxes. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Sta. WMM with 1.0% OPC cement+3.50 % Emulsion (Plant Mixed Method) Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification inlcuding premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with machanical paver in sub-base/base course on wall prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MOR&TH specification No. 406 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average oitpir ot 75 tonne per hour ising crished aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% by weight of total mix and filler. Transporting the hot mix to work site and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory & tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification clause 509 complete in all respects. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and Laying of Rubber Moulded Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

RCC Grade M25 as per MORT&H Specification 12.08E case II (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

RCC Grade M20 as per MORT&H Specification 12.08C case II (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Mild steel of Iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured to floor two level. Providing and laying Road Marking as per IRC:35-1997 using Thermoplastic (Hot Application) colour white/yellow by indigenous manually propelled road marking machine with single coat of 2.5mm thick as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including cost of conveyance all in gradients such as Binders, Glass beads, Titanium-di-oxides, Calcium - carbonate pigments as per MORT&H specification of clause-803.4.1.2 for the preparation of Thermoplastic requirement for Glass beads shall be table No.803.4.1.3 of MORT&H specification including cost of all materials, labour, T&P and hire charges etc.required for proper completion of work at site. TRAFFIC SIGNS-SINGLE CHEVRON (Double Chervron) Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised Double CHEVRON (cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign) as per IRC:67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, friced cover aluminium sheeting type IV, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.Retro-reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. Traffic Sign Stop Board- Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign (8.4) as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3. friced over aluminium sheeting type-IV 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x45 cmx60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
