Providing, laying, Spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate (WMM) with 1% OPC cement, (ACC, Birla Uttam, J.K. Super Brand and 3.5% Emulsion specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/coarse on well prepared surface and compacting withvibratory roller to achieve the desire density. (Excluding cost of GST).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared WBM surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Excluding cost of GST).

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Excluding cost of GST).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. (Excluding cost of GST).

(Repeated/ Tranvers bar) Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Campound with Rflectorising Glass Beads on Butminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (As per LKO SOR SI No-3, P-54) (Excluding cost of GST).

Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate fo having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner remova, adhesion, impact resistance, specular floss adn fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International / Government Laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should be obtained from Indian conditon within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad, Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so dedires, could seek for a performance guarentee which be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67-2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7. Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.
