Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. including Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. M-25 grade reinforced cement concrete by using 410kg. of cement per cum of concrete.All work upto floor V level. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete and Standard MS Type Tubes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing retro-reflective overhead signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlaly film. The horizontal and vertical members of the MS frame module shall be made of angle iron of 35X35X5mm. No panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle iron of 35x35x5mm. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr and multiple modules shall be connected together with 15mm. dia SS bolts of 304 grade spaced not more than 300mm center to center. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm. The ACP shall be routed and fixed on the MS frame with VHB tape/ rivetting. 25mm wide provided through out the length and breadth of the frame. On the front face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflactive sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-07 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet in white colour. The letter, legends, words, logo etc. shall be over laid with electro cut transparent film/ printed with latex printer or any other approved printing method as per recommandation of retro reflective sheeting manufacturer to create a desired road sign. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.A minimum 2 number Flexible Median Markers and 2 sqrtft area of Aluminium Flexible Sheeting shall be applied on foundation of the Signage Structures to ensure safety of the commuters from the the perceived hazard. The “Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic (‘AFP’)” sheeting shall consist of Yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as Retroreflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification for rebound able Retroreflective sheeting. A test report from institutes like ARAI/CRRI confirming to above mentioned flexibility and ASTM-D4956-09 Type-VI retro reflectivity performance of the flexible prismatic sheeting used in AFP shall be submitted by the tenderer during prequalification and supply of material. Providing and fixing retro-reflective single sided shoulder mounted signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron 35x35x5 mm. No panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflactive sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-07 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet (In white colour) which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired road sign. Providing and Fixing Totem sign boards made out of powder coated internal structure made by using SHS/MS Plates & MS angle iron. Front & back of signage shall be claded with 4 mm ACP as per desired color and duly routed on CNC router. The ACP shall be fixed on powder coated MS structure with 3M or equivalent VHB Tape 2.3 mm thick & 25 mm wide and rivets. The subject matter shall be latex printed on front as well as back of the board with green ink or any other method as recommended by sheeting manufacturer on retro reflective translucent type XI sheeting specially made for backlit signages as per recommended of reflective sheeting manufacturer. The top of the Totem should have backlit Kumbh Logo which shall be made using through cut polycarbonate 8 mm thick sheet & shall be illuminated by using Osram/ GE/ Philips Modules in complete. The backlit logo of Kumbh should be protruded out of rest of the structure.The signage structure shall be erected on PCC foundation as per approved design by structural engineer/ Engineer-in-Charge.Board Item for Location Board - 'You are Here' - 5 mtr X 1.2 mtr.

Providing and fixing Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic sheeting consisting of yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as retro reflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification values for reboundable sheeting. AFP sheeting shall be of 1ft width and laminated at the back with a 50 micron thick Aluminum (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. AFP sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color on top & shall not crack when tested for flexibility as per section S2.2.2 of ASTM D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting shall be applied with a neoprene contact adhesive with Polychloroprene as base & the edges of the product shall be sealed all around with a two-part epoxy based structural adhesive and shall be extremely resistant to peel-off & shall confirm to IRC Accreditation. The AFP shall be tested and government lab report confirming to coefficient of retro reflection, Flexibility and impact resistance test as per ASTM shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing of single moulded twin shank reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO.III and the length ,height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm and outermost faces of configuration of marker shall not deviate more than 1.3 mm from a flat surface. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro – reflectory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of MORTH Section 800 page no. 353 and should accompany two year warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer. The product shall have 2 year replacement warranty.

The solar cateye shall be produced from an engineered polymer selected for superior impact resistance and weather-ability. The top of the marker should be transparent for solar charging and light output in active mode. The base of the body shall be yellow or neutral white as approed by Engineer In-charge. The marker shall incorporate a solar panel (comprising of solar cells) for converting solar energy into electricity, a storage device for storing the energy, LEDs for illumination and a design for providing 360 degree smooth illumination. The marker shall also have high reflective lenses for conspicuity in passive mode and dual shanks for improved road presence. These markers are intended for application directly onto pavement surfaces and shall be applied with epoxy resin adhesives designed for use with raised pavement markers and as supplied by the marker manufacturer separately. The solar cateye shall be of height: 65 ± 2 mm & Maximum Diameter: 136 ± 4 mm. The body of the solar cateye shall be resistant to dust and water ingress as per IP 65 & IP 68 standards. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The product shall have 2 year replacement warranty.Solar Raised Pavement Markeras per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator conforming to IRC 79 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 cm2 white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed.The reflective part of delineator shall be provided with kumbh logo over it which shall be in-built feature of product. The product shall have 2 year replacement warranty. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and refixing steel wowrk upto height of 6 metre in buit up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusses plates, bolts, nuts beadings etc. .as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Cantilerver/Gantry.
