Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be following by Seal Coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD.

Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.(Carted Earth up to 1 Km)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes of 22.4-53 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming requisite type B of screening binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clauses 405.

Contruction of un-reinforced ,dowel jointed at expansion and contruction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clouse 1501.2.2 M30 grade ,course and fine aggegates conforming to IS:383,maximum size of course aggregate not exceeding ,25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polethene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing),spreading the concrete with shovel ,rakes compacted using needle ,screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction joints, applying debonding strips,primer,sealant,dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days ,curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clouse 1501

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,brakfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work as per SI no 251.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days as per SI no 280.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations as per SI no 307.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 90 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

RCC Grade M 20 Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per SI no 288

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses as per SI no 504.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification as per SI no 17.116(A)

Providing and laying Filter material Behind the Abutment complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, traspoting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MORT&H specification (for Diversion)
