Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, with MS dowel bar sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 but including cost of polythene sheet and also including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST.

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30-0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - I By Manual Means (I) Bitumen (S-90)C as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 A. By Manual Means Case - III : Type C (I) Bitumen (S-90)as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundaiton trenches. as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST. Concrete width 4 cm guadge stone bllast coarse sand and cement in foundation, in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of including cumplete of material&concrete etc as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. Including making of drip coarse SI No. 283 as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

Mild steel or TMT Bars(Fe-500D grade or higher) orHYSD Bars or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of all material, labour, cess, Royalty and T&P etc. for proper completion of work but Excluding GST

Supply and fixing 80mm thick Precast cement concrete I-Shape Interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200X(160+120mm) of O.P.cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid, reditant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 MPA (M-30) and weight 5 kg per no confirming to IS 15658-2006 with a 4 cm layer of fine sand including all material, labour, T&P taxes etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
