Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T. (bitumen issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in cc pavement (theckness as per design) cement coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture /Plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity & appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including hassion cloth for curring of concrete pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour , tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of Recron 3S fibre reinforcement material etcl & concrete etc but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundaiton trenches. (SI. No. 251) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Concrete with 4cm Gauge stone ballast coarse sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors (SI. No. 281) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. (SI No. 283) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel, boalts nuts and wastage etc. and there fix (SI No. 504) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter(20") depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. (8") layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M(5ft.) lifts and 30M (100ft.) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M(100ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (SI. No. 253A Ch-4) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.
