Providing and erection sturdy suspended platform for repairing of girder web concrete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to requied level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause 516.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR No.660, 661)

RCC M-20 grade concrete using batching plant transit mixer as per MORTH specification in 12.08 C

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Road marking with Hot Applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on Bitumenious Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compount 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes (SOR Ch. 26 Item No. (2)

Reflective Raised Pavement Markeers (Cat Eye/Road Stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with made of plastic body of RPM/Road stud shal be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylotrite) or HPS (High-impact Polystyreme) or Acrylonitrite butadien styrene (ABS) or any other sutitable material approved by the Engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13.635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280. The reflective pannels shall consist of number of lensess contating single or dual prismatic cubes capabile of providing total enternal reflection of light entering the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of mathyl methecrylate confirming to ASTMD 788 of equivalent. The slope are retro reflecting surface shall preferable be 35+/-5 degree to base and area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13 sqcm the marker hight shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm and width shall not exceed 130 mm. the base of the marker shall be flat with in 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manaufacturer epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of marker excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the marker shall be immediataly removed. The rate shall include all material, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete. As per the direction of E/I. (SOR Ch. 26 Item No. (5)
