Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting (7.5 cm compacted thickness) stone aggregates of 45-63mm sizes to water bound macadam (WBM-2) specification including spreading of in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8/10 ton in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting (7.5 cm compacted thickness) stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam (WBM-3) specification including spreading of in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8/10 ton in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of the Ist class brick 8 cm. (3") wide and 12 cm.(4 1/2) deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required templet and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen 80/100 using tar boiler / pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg. per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness compesed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 Mord.

Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Mord.

Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundation, pipes, cables etc. in ordinary soil. (S.I.No. 251)

Providing and laying in Cement Concrete 8:4:1 with 40 mm gauge Brick ballast,curing complete. including cost of form work in foundation and floors.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 Cement coarse sand mortor in foundation & plinth includind supply of all materials labour and T&P. Require for proper completion of work.

Supply & laying of Granular Material (6.7 mm guage stone grit) in bedding Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of NP-3 Hume Pipe of 600 dia in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification..

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1:2 of fine sand of 1.25 finess modulus.

Providing and laying of Hectometre stone as IRC-8 including painting and writing letter and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hectometer Stone.

Providing and laying of KM stone as IRC-8 including painting and writing letter and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying/ instalation of Reflective Sign Board 90cmX90cmX90cm , informatory board as per IRC-87 including painting and writing letter and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc., restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop /berms, making up of berms/ shoulders, maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintenance of guard rails and parapet, maintenance of road signs, speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required, maintenance of Hectometer and kilometer stone cutting of branches of tree, shrub and trimming of grass and weeds etc. white washing of parapet including CD work, painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone as per performance Index Anexure-1 mentioned in GO No. 55/2022 /187/23-9-2022-02 Nabard /2021 Dt. 28.04.2022 & EnC lettre no. 14 BDD-1(NH)/40MT-11/2024 dated 03.01.2024 subjected to approval from Government. Maintenance of 1st year after completion of work @Zero% of Cost of Construction of Work/ BOQ
