Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (DSR 6.4.2)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (DSR 13.5.2)

Providing and laying proofing treatment on roofs of slalbs by applying cement slurry mixed water proffing cement compound consisting of applying. (a) after surface prepration, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488kg/sqm mixed with water proffing cement compound @ 0.253kg/sqm (b) Laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure of 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d.). fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately.) for the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. (DSR No.22.6)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (DSR 5.3)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. with water proof ply 12 mm thick (DSR 5.9.20)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Mild steel land Medium tensile steel bars(DSR No. 5.22A.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR 13.80)

Wall Painting with acrlic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre, of aproved brand and manufacture, including applyadditional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (DSR 13.82.2 two coats)

Finishing walls with premium acrylic sommth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 Ltr/10sqm.) (DSR 13.112.1)

Painting or vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I. No.103 1950 (DSR 13.48.3)
