Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 i/c providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor @ 0.25 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 followed by providing and laying seal coat to sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 I/c all taxs, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, cost of bitumen, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move ) SI No. 251A . I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone Ballast, Coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 281 . I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

M-150 Brick Work in 1:3 (One cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work SI No. 307 . I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Providing and laying Hume Pipe 600 mm dia NP-3 class R.C.C.. I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved coarse sand mortar in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 582a . I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SI No. 283 . I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. as per S.I.No.284a. I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

M.S. ( tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage ,bend hooks and authortoed overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. SI No. 504 . I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Dimantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). SI No. 692 I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). SI No. 694. I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.
