Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with emulsion (SS2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Including Emlusion)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including Bitumen)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (Including Emlusion)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including Emlusion)

Brick edging 7 cm wide on both sides of the road With Staraight over burnt bricks complete as per PWD specification no. 20.15

Hume Pipe Work P/L of filter media of 25 mm gauge class-150 brick ballast below hume pipe

P/L of 350mm dia RCC NP-3 hume pipe in position (3 No. x 2.50 Mt = 7.50 Mt)

Cement Concrete Work Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed,at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2M30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in confinuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, scalant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days including trimixing by floating method & adding hardener in required quantity and depth upto 5 cm complete as per direction of Engineer in charge to meet tenchincal specification.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete (1:3:6) Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

R.C.C work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm {3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastages and over lapping and hookes.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.00% (PC)

3rd year maintenance cost @ 1.50 % (PC)

4th year maintenance cost @ 2.25% (PC)

5th year maintenance cost @ 3.00% (PC)
