(3"x3/8")/flat iron 25 mm.x4mm. and including supply of necessary screws all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work SI 455. Providing wall putty on New surface with approvel quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats (New Item). Including All taxes, T&P, materials & labour cess but excluding GST.

Providing cement primer on old/new surfaces.NI 15.22c. Including All taxes, T&P, materials & labour cess but excluding GST.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including the surface even with plaster of Paris or approved synthetic materials and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work for every coat after the previous coat or subsequent coat. SI 649+651. Including All taxes, T&P, materials & labour cess but excluding GST.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work. for each coat of water proof cement paint after the first two coat to give an even shade. SI 660+661. Including All taxes, T&P, materials & labour cess but excluding GST.

Providing and laying "brick coba" 12cm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other, over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with acrelic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30cm x 30cm and side wall parapet shall be mono lythic plaster wall upto 30 cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonary Coba with top finished plaster mixed with acrelic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & including S/o all material, labour, T&P etc complete for proper completion of work. inculding all taxes labour cess,VAT etc.(New Item 11.16). Including All taxes, T&P, materials & labour cess but excluding GST.

Painting or varnishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamel or super par synthetic clean varnish complete two coat over previously painted surface including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used ISI Marked.for every subsequent coat on previously treated surface SI 647+648. Including All taxes, T&P, materials & labour cess but excluding GST.
