Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen over bituminous surface at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic ar per Technical Specification Clause 503 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T (bitumen issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finish to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T (bitumen issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T (bitumen issued departmentaly including loading, unloading and cartage upto site as per Schedule C attached)

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in pavement as per design thick for C.C. road coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture/Plant of not less than 0.20 cum capacity & appropriate weight batcher using approved mixed design, laid in approved fixed form work(steel channel) laying & fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including including Hassion cloth for curing of concrete pavements for not less than 14 days curing compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines and grade including supply of all material, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of material and concrete and Recron fiber 3S etc. (New Item 4 Ch-20) but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50 M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches. (SI. No. 251) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Concrete with 4cm Gauge stone ballast coarse sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors (SI. No. 275) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. (SI No. 283) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel, boalts nuts and wastage etc. and there fix (SI No. 504) but including all material, labour, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding GST.

Brick on edge pavement on patries laid by dry joints field by local sand including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm depth of local sand over the sub grade but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Laying and compacting dry O.B.B. 40mm. Gauge in foundation in layers of not more than 15cm. Thickness including local sand, in ratio 2:1 including watering & ramming for proper completion of work. (New Item No. - 3 Ch-5) but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Supply and fixing of 350 mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, royalty and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.
