Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded grading-1 material By Mix in place Mathod, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH specification clause 401 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means stone aggregates of specific size 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam Grading 3 including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinfoced, dowel jointed at expainsion and construction joints only, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 grade , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, Mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finishind in a continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer,joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. Provinding, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired densit including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

EmulisionTreated Aggregate Base (ETA) Analysis of Rate (Wet Mis Macadam+Cement+Emulsion) As per MORTH Senond revision 2019 Providing laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant Plant carrage of mixedmaterial by tipper to site, layung with 1% OPC Cement and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achive the desire density including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MORTH specification including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading 2 with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete M 15 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications of MORTH including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Plain/ Reinfoced Cement Concrete (RCC Grade M 20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:2) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specificationsincluding cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing and Laying 350 mm dia Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing and Laying 600 mm dia Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Road Marking With Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound With Reflectorised Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST.
