Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm nominal aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508. excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 . excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift up to and 1.50m lead up to 30m. including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches of foundation and disposal of surplus earth including royalty as directed by Engineer in charge (S.I. No. 251)

Providing & laying of over burnt brick ballast around hume pipe including supply of material T&P required for proper completion of work.

Supply and Laying of NP-3 Hume pipe as per mentioned below including all labour, T&P etc. complete work as per direction of E/IC. (350mm dia)

SCHEDULE - “C” 1-  Bidder should have Rotavator and water tanker for cemented base and cemented sub base work. 2- Bitumen V.G.-10 shall be issued from the central store PD, PWD, Mainpuri at Stock issue rate at the time of issuing the material from the store. 3- There shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason. 4- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill. 5- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill. 6- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2450 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2450 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. 7- All material should be from Approved Quarry.
