Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base M-15 Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowl jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine. Technical Specification Clause 1501 Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Supply & laying of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete I-Shape Interlocking paver block ISI mark confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thinkess having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant, manufactured from rubber moulds through vibrocom-pression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40 Mpa and weight 4.5kg per including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 4.00cm thick fine sand including labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (as per SOR Meerut Cricle S.no. 20(New Item-14) Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

FDR - Stablized Base/Sub-base @ 4.50 % cement :-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of existing granular material adding Cement @ 4.5 percent by weight of granular material and admixture @ 2% by weight of Cement using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor, controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller to achieve design unconfined compressive strength Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Wet Mix Macadam (WMM +1% OPC cement + 3.50% Emulsion) or ETA: Providing Laying and Spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in machanical Mix Plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1%OPC cement, (ACC, Birla Uttam , J.K. Super Brand) and 3.50% Hincol Emulsion SS-2 in uniform single layer on sub base/ subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Tack Coat (For Bituminous surface): -Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared bituminous surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.30kg sqm using mechincal means & complet as per MoRT&H Specification No. 503 Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Bituminous Concrete:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.
