R.C.C. Grade M 30 in road pavement construction of un-reinforced with expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type, coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-30) I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move ) SI No. 251A I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 275 I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.

M-150 Brick Work in 1:3 (One cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work SI No. 307 I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 279a I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.

12 cm thick plaster with cement and approved coarse sand mortar in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 582a I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. as per S.I.No.284a I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.

M.S. ( tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage ,bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. SI No. 504 I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, and Contractor Profit. GST shall be paid extra as applicable.
