WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone creening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (A) By Manual Means (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including all taxes but excluding cost of G.S.T)

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone creening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A)By Manual Means (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including all taxes but excluding cost of G.S.T.)

Brick edging on both sides of roads of 1st class bricks 8cm (3") wide & 12 cm (4.50") deep laid with mud mortor including labour & suplly of bricks finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth including all labour T & P sudries required for completion of work with material. (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including all taxes but excluding cost of G.S.T)

Prime Coat Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including cost of Bitumen but excluding cost of G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including cost of Bitumen but excluding cost of G.S.T.)

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including cost of Bitumen but excluding cost of G.S.T.)

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including cost of Bitumen but excluding cost of G.S.T.)

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded Stone 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. (SOR 275)

First class brick work in 1 : 3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SI No. 370 a)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:2) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification clauses 613.3 , 1204 and 1208.4. (SOR 574) (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including all taxes but excluding cost of G.S.T)

Providing and laying reinforced cement conrete pipe (600mm HP) NP3 for culverts o first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including all taxes but excluding cost of G.S.T)

Providing and laying reinforced cement conrete pipe (350mm HP) NP3 for culverts o first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including all taxes but excluding cost of G.S.T)

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in praportion of 1:2 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM (SOR 580) (Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work also including all taxes but excluding cost of G.S.T)

Retro-ReflectiveSheeting type-IV with 4 mm thick ACM Single Side Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 .The sheeting shall have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of the aggressive - tack type requiring no heat , solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from Engineer-in-Charge.
