Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Excluding GST)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Excluding Royalty). (Excluding GST)

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, undowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade OPC type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (Excluding GST)

Construction of drain Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m. & Iead upto 30 m. Including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Cement concrete with 1:3:6 cement coarse sand(1.25 M) and stone ballast as S.I. No.280 (Excluding GST)

M 150 class brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. 307 (Excluding GST)

2.5 Cm thick and cement concrete consisting of 1 part cement and 1½ parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13 mm (½") graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordred by the Engineer-in-Charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers. 12mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work.S.I. No. 583 (Excluding GST)
