2.5 cm (1 thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm.(3/4")graded approved stone shingle laid in panels finished with 3 mm.(1/8")floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8cm.(3") 'thick. base concrete consisting of cement ,local sand and brick ballast 4cm.(1½") gauge in the proportion of 1 :4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of Panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour' and T&P etc. requierd for proper completion of the work.SOR_601 (Including all T&P, Labour, Material, Royalty Tax but excluding GST)

Distempering Two coats. with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 12 mm thick plaster withwith cement mortar consisting one part cement and four parts of approved coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8" (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR 13.80 (Including all T&P, Labour, Material, Royalty Tax but excluding GST)

Painting first coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of standered make brushing to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all durt dust and other foreing metter sand paparing and stripping including cost matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel/ wood scrappers sand paparing and knotting including coat of all and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Providind & laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd, 4th and 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.2 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 confirmig to IS: 702, 3rd and 5th layer of roofing menbrane APP modified Polymeric menbrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 kg/aqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with center core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 7th the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid separately).
