The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works completed during the last seven years. The information on similar works completed includes project name, name of the employer, contract number, completion cost of the project, date of issue of work order, and actual date of completion. The value of similar works completed is to be brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 10% per annum. However, the exact percentage of similar works completed is not mentioned. The bidder should have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years prior to the last date of submission of bid, and an experience certificate should be submitted along with the bid document. Additionally, the bidder shall quote percentage below/above/at par of major as well as minor components of the work.
