Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting tpe -IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for three years outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 and proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. Road Delinator Providing anf fixing of standard metal delinator as per IRC 79-2019 counsling of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 sqm cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-matelic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 type XI table specification. The delinator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 moron thicness, on top of which retro reflecting sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. the structure shall be manufactured in rule forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extand not more than 300 mm below th ground while being installed. The front and back faces of the delinator should be curved with a redius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) laying between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increse the visibility of the delinator for vehicles moving in continious curve. The delinator shall have grooves across the lenghth to make the reflective sheets vandal proof. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for three years outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 and proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. If some how tender pre qualification condition donot ask for government report than the report shall be submitted to Enginer in charge, before finalization of bill. The delinator is meant for application on gapsin median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc or as desired by site engneer.As per Lucknow SoR SI No.-01
