Reflective signs (Type IV sheet) for single side Providing and fixing Retro-reflective signboard comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy coted MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base bord micro prismastic retro reflective sheet and electro cul coloured overlay film latex printing The horizintal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MD angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminum on both sides The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop niveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no revting is seen on either face of the frame on front So visible face of ACP, micro prismastic retro reflective sheet conforming to Type-IV of ASTM D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year +A1 outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67 2012 & proof of the same in from of government report shall be uploded while quoting tender. The rate shall include all material, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation election installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge Signage on MS angle frame of (35x35x5)mm (Excluding G.S.T.)

Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 ticed over aluminium sheeting type IV 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle won post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with PCC M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm 145 cm 00 cm 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 years outdoor weathering tests in indian condition as per IRC 67 2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. (Excluding G.S.T.)
