Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with SS-II grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen ( VG-10 )using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with air compressor. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 2015The finished surface to be levelled. Uniform and free from streaks and holes.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying of hot Repeated bar thermoplastic compound 5.00 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 2015The finished surface to be levelled. Uniform and free from streaks and holes.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Supply and fixing of Cat Eye raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall bemoulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) or AcrylonitrileButadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shallsupport a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shallconsist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing totalinternal reflection of the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylateconforming to ASTM D788 or equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5degree to base and the area of each retro -reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm.marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked withthe name , trade or other means of identification of the manufacture. epoxyinstallations,excessadhesive around the edge ofthe marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on theexposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two yearwarranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel , to the Engineer . In addition , a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of thefinished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing ofreflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced , damaged , get worn out or lose theirreflectivity compared to stipulated standards , the contractor would be required to replace all suchmarkers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer , at his own cost. The rate shall include allmaterials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete RPM(with Shank) as per direction of theEngineer-in-Charge (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and fixing of Traffic Signs-Maximum Speed Limit retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67upto date made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminiumsheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with PCC M-25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflectivesheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection,daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance,specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these testsshall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of thesheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtainedfrom Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad.Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated 60 cm equilateral tringle with definition plate (20cm X 60cm)weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such asituation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would bereleased after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of thesheeting as per IRC 67 upto date. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as perMoRTH specification No-801.3.7 . Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploadedwhile quoting tender.
