Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including Cost of Bitmen)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed,at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2M30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in confinuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, scalant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days including trimixing by floating method & adding hardener in required quantity and depth upto 5 cm complete as per direction of Engineer in charge to meet tenchincal specification.

Construction of "U" Type Drain Earth work in excavation in trench for foundation in ordinary soil i/c lift upto 1.50 mtr. & lead upto 50.00 mtr and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed bu the E/I within a distance of 50 m. (as per SI No. 251)

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.. (as per SI No. 275)

First class bricks work in 1:4 in cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (as per SI No. 305b)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. (as per SI No. 584)

2.5cm. (1") thick and of cement concrete consisting of one part cement 1.5 parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13 mm. (1.5") graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers. (as per SI No. 361)

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. (as per SI No. 279b)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastages and over lapping and hookes. (as per SI No. 504)
