Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.as per clause 406

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub-base/subgrade and compacitng with the road roller to achieve the desired density as per specification clause 406 & 4.1.4.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. As per Clause 601.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-35) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing As per Clause 602.

Provision of an Reinforced cement concrete (M-30) new jersey crash barrier at the medians,constructed with reinforced cement concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to conforming MORTH specificatio and as per details given IRC-119 (fig-26) including dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, etc as per approved drawing and at location locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified clause 811.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. Clause 2100.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause 1300

Providing and laying of weephole in brick massonary in abutment and wing wall with 110mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structuer with slope of 1v:20 H towarddrawing force complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 fix as per standard (sl no 730)

Providing (M 25 Grade) concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause 1600.

Providing (M 20 Grade) concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications clause 1300&2100.

Filling Brick bats as filler material between road crust and abutment.

Supply and fixing of Pavement Maker (Cat Eye) Type-X-ASTMO-4656-04 Avery, Dennison / 3-M (USA Make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective face to reflect incident light including all taxes. (Lko SOR Ch.26, Sl.No.5)

Retro Reflective Signs (Type -IV Sheet). for both Providing and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/ latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-IV of ASTM: D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.

Supply fixing and eraction of build up 12 m-15 m Span Over Head Structure with 300 dia M S - two vertical post Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Overhead Structure of 12M-15M span comprising of three vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 (cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge S.B) RCC with 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportations, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces as per specification clause 803.

Providing, shifting and fixing of Kilemeter stone, Hectometer stone and their painting and lettering etc. complete. as per direction of E/I.
