Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/ Bituminous surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality , all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Brick edging on both side of the road with first class bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Supply and fixing of 350 mm dia NP3 type Hume Pipe S&S in position including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete.

Providing & fixing reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Ordinary Kilometre Stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete.

Providing & fixing reinforced cement concrete M15 grade 200 m Stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete.

Part (B) CC Part Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) upto 30 M and including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches as per S.I. No. 251(a). Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M.in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge excluding Royallity as per S.I. No. 253(a) Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine.Technical Specification Clause 1501. Including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc and cost of all material, labour, T&P, royality, all taxes and labour cess complete . But excluding GST.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement , 4 course sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curring complete, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I. Including cost of all labour, T&P and all taxes complete. S.I. No. 281 but excluding GST. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, Royalty, labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202, 1204 and 12.5.800 R.C.C grade M 20 with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 3:1.5:1. Including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty, Labour cess and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 500) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202. Including cost of all labour, T&P, Labour cess and all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Maintenance Charges for Part-A (Bituminous Road Part) Maintenance Charge including Earth Work, repair of painted surface, earthwork on patri, culvert, road furniture etc. as direction of E.I. for the period of five years from the actual completion of work. Maintenance cost for 2nd year @ 0.75% of total work amount
