Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification without dowel bar for Proper completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour, curing and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete. S.I. No. 305(a).

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) upto 30 M and including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches as per S.I. No. 251(a). Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber for Proper completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification for Proper completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification for Proper completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST.

Earth work in Embankment (For Patri) with ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in patries should be including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes for Proper completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge. Including cost of labour, T&P all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST.

12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of 2.20 FM in 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete. S.I.No. 13.11 New Item.

Construction of embankment (For Patri) with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification for Proper completion of work as per direction of engineer incharge. Including cost of labour, T&P all type of taxes, octroi, tolls,cess but excluding cost of GST.
