SCHEDULE - “C”
The materials shall be issued to the contractor as following:-
S. No. Name of Material Unit Rate of Bitumen Per MT at which Place of issue deduction shall be made (In Rs)
1 Bitumen VG-10 MT 48000.00 C.D., P.W.D. Store at Mainpuri
Conditions:- 1- Cost of Maintenance of Road for Five Years will be paid As per G.O. No. 17/2024/SA-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 date 16.01.2024
2- There shall have no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason.
3- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill.
4- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums/emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill.
5- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2500 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.
