Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (wet mix macadam) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement & 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layers on sub- base /subgrade and compacting with road roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder@5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finesher with senser control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the disiered compaction as per MoRT&H specifications clause 509 complete in all respects . As per Direction of E/I.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications (PCC M-15)

R.C.C work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm {3/4") gauge approved stone ballast M-25 grade excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supply and fixing of 110cm internal Dia Ac Down pipes required for proper completion of work in weep holes.

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 Cement and Coarse sand of mortar infoundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants,etc ,required for proper completion of the work.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and retaining wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 of MORD specification.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick in 100mm widh including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished Surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 . Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. i) 90 cm equilateral tringle with diffinitation plate size (20cm X 60cm) .

Supply fixing & erection of built up cantilever structure 6.00M Span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M high made up of 300 mm N.B. havi Class M.S. Pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm thick M.S. Plate at top & 12mm plate at bottom. the horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia havy class M.S. pipe and 40mm dia heavy M.S. pipe as bracing & 10 mm M.S. plate bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure desing & drawing with one of sttel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. the work i/c construction of RCC foundation of size 90Mx90M of required depth as per site condition for built up structure i/c earth work in excavation 100 mm thick lean concrete in 1:4:8 cement sand and 40mm gauge stone ballast. RCC withand 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20mm stone grit i/c supply and fixing of 25mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design i/c cost of renforcement & shuttering. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing rectro reflective sign board made up with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) face full coverd with high intesity prismatic retro reflective sheeting of approved specification as per M.O.R.T & H having approved message fully processed on by pressure sensitve equipment banc of ACP with frame of 35x35x4mm angle iron all round and cross with proper clamping arrangement to be fixed in structure. the back of the ACP sheet shall be enamel coated. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing(as per IRC : 67-2012 Clause 14:60)

The routine maintenance of above road work i/c embankment patri,pavement road sides and cross drains ,hume pipe culverts etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd Year Maintenance costt(0.25 % on Civil Cost Item No 1 to 35)

The routine maintenance of above road work i/c embankment patri,pavement road sides and cross drains ,hume pipe culverts etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd Year Maintenance costt(0.50 % on Civil Cost Item No 1 to 35)

The routine maintenance of above road work i/c embankment patri,pavement road sides and cross drains ,hume pipe culverts etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th Year Maintenance costt(0.75 % on Civil Cost Item No 1 to 35)
